Your Order

When you place an order on the Forever Clover website and send payment, it is deemed to be binding.  We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. 

The goods offered on this Website are directed to the residents of Australia and the laws of Victoria, Australia govern the contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this Website. We make no representations that the goods are appropriate for use or are available in other locations. If you chose to access this Website from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws to the extent they apply.

Shipping & Delivery


We charge the following for postage:

Australia Post – Regular service
  • Free delivery of 5 (or fewer) packets of swap cards and/or special edition cards (excluding Series 4 swap cards)
  • Free delivery on 2 (or fewer) packets of Series 4 swap cards and/or Series 4 Charm Bracelet or Series 4 Key Ring
  • Free delivery on orders over $75
  • $2.00 for:
    • up to two novels;
    • one Sticker & Activity Book;
    • one packet of spare plastic pockets.
  • For everything else, there is an $8.50 flat rate for orders Australia wide.  
Delivery information

We aim to process and despatch your order as quickly as we can, which is usually within 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays).   We send all orders from Melbourne via regular Australia Post and delivery times vary depending on delivery location.  For regular post, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 1 to 5 days after dispatch. For delivery times please check with Australia Post http://auspost.com.au/index.html

We do however reserve the right to post goods within 5 days of purchase. If goods are to be supplied later  than 5 days we will contact you. As soon as you receive the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

We can deliver worldwide however rates vary depending on destination. We ship by Australia Post Express International, which means to most locations your order should be delivered within 7-14 days. We are required by law to accurately list the items purchased and the price paid. You are responsible for any local duties or customs charges charged by your Government. We have no control over these charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will be most upset if your goods arrive faulty or damaged or not matching the description described on the Website. If you purchased your goods online from us, we will gladly replace your goods or refund your purchase price. Please email us at info@foreverclover.com.au within 5 days of receipt of your goods and we will advise you how to return them. You will need your purchase receipt. Once the goods have been returned to us we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods and all delivery charges.

We are also happy for you to exchange goods purchased online from us within 14 days of purchase provided that they have not been used, are in their original packaging and you have a copy of your purchase receipt. Please email us at info@foreverclover.com.au within 5 days of receipt of your goods and we will advise you how to return them. Unfortunately, you will need to pay the delivery costs of returning the goods to us and of having the exchanged items sent to you.

You are entitled to statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.  Forever Clover does not exclude or limit those consumer guarantees.
